Personal Injury Claims
Personal injury claims are complex, and sometimes difficult to prove. Even so, people who are injured due to the fault of another are entitled to receive compensation for their pain and suffering and any financial loss or expense they may have experienced because of their injury. Ms. Gonsalves-Sabola can help. She will review your case and tell you how likely you are to win your case, and how much you might receive in compensation so you know whether or not you want to proceed.
"Ms. Gonsalves-Sabola is an excellent attorney. I consulted her when an almost $400,000 default judgment was about to be enforced against me. I would have lost everything. Ms. Gonsalves-Sabola took prompt action to not only get the default judgment against me set aside, but beyond my expectations, she got the entire action against me dismissed and the other party was ordered to pay my legal costs.* Amazing results! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer and I would want her to represent me again if ever I need it."
